Carole Ann is Senior Content Manager/Head of Digital Northwest Europe for the Coca-Cola Company.

Having started her career at Diageo she moved on to agency side for a number of years where she fuelled a passion for IMC. Joining Coca-Cola two years ago was perfect timing for her given her broad marketing experience as the company transformed the way they do marketing by moving away from customer/campaign led strategies to consumer/content led strategies.

Before moving into her Digital Role within Coca-Cola, Carole Ann led the business unit with a new experiential marketing strategy including all the top festivals in Europe that integrates real, virtual, promotional and shopper. She also fulfilled the role of IMC coordinator for the Olympic Games for the Coca-Cola brand to deliver 1 liquid and linked plan, integrating all IMC disciplines

Apart from managing the full i-marketing team, her current role objective is to develop best in class creative and digital strategy that drives and supports implementation of the Coca-Cola’s marketing model within the business, including; holistic creative solutions across advertising, design, digital that reflect business/brand objectives; contribute to the building of broader organisation’s capability around Coca-Cola’s marketing model as well as lead technology projects to enable their way of marketing.
