Ronan Higgins has over 20 years experience as a start-up founder, product manager and marketing manager in both Dublin and Los Angeles.
He rode the dot com tech rollercoaster through the late nineties, including one NASDAQ IPO. When the dust settled in 2001 he founded his own company, Cafe.com, which grew into the largest independent Wi-Fi network in Southern California.
He sold to publicly traded competitor in 2005 and returned to Ireland in 2006 to set up Irish operations for property portal Funda, responsible for the infamous Shamrock Isle viral marketing hoax.
Ronan launched Ireland’s first iPhone app development agency and takes pride in creating the first app to offer real-time Dublin Bus arrival times.
He founded TVadSync in 2014 with a vision of bringing traditional television advertising into the digital age.
TVadSync’s mission is to bridge the gap between linear television advertising and digital advertising. Leveraging recent advances in content recognition, cross-device targeting and real-time advertising, TVadSync enables advertisers to deliver the right message at the right time to multi-screen audiences.
