Melissa is responsible for firm-wide content management and strategy at the UK-based software firm, Sage Group. She is on a mission to champion the world’s small businesses and medium-sized enterprises with content that makes a difference. Prior to her current role at Sage, she led marketing and advertising campaigns for Concur/SAP in the UK, American Express in the United States, and Procter & Gamble in France and Poland.
She is also the author of a historical novel about identity and nationhood entitled Blue-Eyed Son and is the parent of two Spanish-American dual citizens. Telling stories that connect people across borders is truly at the heart of all she does!
