Jonathan has 25 years-experience in blue chip and private equity organisations across banking, mobile, retail and sports. Holding senior positions at Telefonica O2 where he ran the consumer mobile P&L and also led the strategy and transformation of the business from focussing on sim cards to the Internet of Things and at Dixons Carphone Warehouse where he was Commercial Marketing Director, the largest mobile and electrical retailer in the UK.

He is now Customer Director at a B2B business that raised the largest amount of private equity funding in 2018 in the tech arena.

Jonathan has also been made redundant twice inside the last 40-months, making a mistake in joining a company for all the wrong reasons and his presentation talks about how best to deal with these set-backs; how to reinvent yourself and move to a new industry and new challenge.
