Unlocking the Power of Trust

Edelman believe trust is the ultimate currency in the relationship that all institutions—companies, governments, NGOs and media—build with their stakeholders. It defines an organization’s license to operate, lead and succeed. For a business, especially, lasting trust is what we consider to be the strongest insurance against competitive disruption, the antidote to consumer indifference, and the best path to continued growth

Through studying trust for 19 years, we know organisations who are trusted experience a number of benefits including:

  • Stronger consumer buyers and advocates
  • Stronger likelihood to receive institutional investment
  • Trusted companies outperform their respective sectors
  • Being more resilient in the face of a crisis

To enable organisations to best manage their trust capital, we have developed Edelman Trust Management (ETM) which we will speak to today. ETM is a suite of powerful, flexible analytical tools and consulting services that help a business or organisation manage its trust capital among its audiences, stakeholders, and shareholders. Designed for anticipating risk, our intelligence to advisory offering enables you to build, manage, and measure the state of your trust today for the future of its impact tomorrow.
