Shane O’Leary is Consumer Strategy Director at Mindshare one of Ireland’s largest media buying & planning agencies. In his current role, Shane is charge with leading the strategy function for large pitches and working on an ongoing basis with clients including Domino's, Lucozade, Woodies and Failte Ireland. Prior to this he worked as a senior planner on campaigns like Vodafone’s music, comedy and rugby sponsorships and An Post’s award winning 1916 ‘Witness History’ campaign.

Shane has previously spoken at DMX Dublin, challenging media biases in 2017, and also writes a monthly column for Marketing magazine. He has a degree in Business & Management from DIT and recently received a Distinction in the IPA Advanced Certificate, a global qualification in media/marketing effectiveness.
