Sarah has more than 20 years’ experience in Irish and international marketing leadership roles, working on marketing strategy, brand development, digital and social media marketing, marketing performance optimisation and global marketing communications management. Sarah’s experience spans large global organisations including BlackBerry, Cisco and Diageo through to start-ups in the telco and technology sectors. The First 5 Steps to Creating a Marketing Effectiveness Culture in your Organisatio
This workshop is designed to provide delegates with a practical, ‘how to’ guide to establishing a culture of marketing effectiveness across their teams and the wider organisation. We start with a brief examination of some of the barriers to adoption and we use a proprietary model to examine the journey to adoption and help delegates to identify where exactly their organisation is sitting today.
We then move quickly into the 5 steps – where do you start when they get back to your desk tomorrow morning. Using a number of tools and frameworks, we will ensure that there is clear guidance on the approach required and the practical application of these tools and processes; spanning the Waterfall of ObjectivesTM, data and measurement, frameworks, capability and managing multiple agency relationships.
