Joanne Boyle has spent many years dedicated to working with organisations to understand Customers and drive customer centred change. She is currently Head of Customer Experience with AXA Insurance. She started her career in Irish Life and since held senior positions with laya healthcare, permanent tsb and Vodafone Ireland, all with the express purpose of providing an excellent customer experience.
Over the years, Joanne has championed for the Customer by leveraging “Customer Experience” as a business discipline to forge lasting connections that benefit both the customer and the company. Joanne is based in Gorey in Co Wexford where she lives with her husband Pablo and her three sports-mad children.
