Ciara has 15 years experience in the market research industry and works as a Director with RED C Research.  Ciara’s specialisms include Advertising & Brand Research where most recently she has helped brands grow through development of Distinctive Brand Assets and Category Entry Point insight programmes, plus working on the importance of attention in advertising impact, and has been lucky enough to work with specialists in the field including Peter Field and Karen Nelson Field.  Ciara also leads the Customer Experience side of the business at RED C, delivering best in class voice of the customer programmes to clients around the world.
